David Hirsch has served as Managing Director of Blue Chip Staffing since July 2020, bringing more than 20 years of experience in the staffing and recruiting industry. He holds an MBA from St. John's University and has built and led high-performing recruitment teams throughout his career, helping organizations scale their workforce through strategic hiring initiatives. Prior to joining Blue Chip Staffing, David held leadership roles at several prominent staffing firms, including Robert Half, one of the world's largest specialized talent solutions firms. At Blue Chip Staffing, he oversees business development, recruitment operations, and client partnerships nationwide, working with organizations ranging from high-growth companies to established enterprises to secure the talent needed to support long-term growth and operational success.
